Grand Siècle n 25 is not a vintage Champagne. Each cuvée is numbered and only 24 editions have been released in 65 years, while 45 have been known vintages from the same period. Grand-Siècle adopts the following rules: Blend of a selection of 3 exceptional vintages, chosen from the vintage vintages produced by the maison. The base is the youngest of the three and the 2 older vintages with a complementary character are used to achieve an ideal balance in the style chosen by the maison. The main grape variety is Chardonnay, with a small contribution of Pinot Noir. The aging on the yeasts lasts for over 10 years.
