DESCRIPTION
Charles and Adams French brand Calendograph watch, in excellent condition.
Featuring an impeccable dial with embossed gold-plated indices and luminescent gold-plated Dauphine hands, the watch has a seconds indicator at the 6 o’clock position and a central hand with a red crescent moon to indicate the date.
In good working condition, this watch boasts remarkable precision for its age (please refer to the image from the telegrapher test).
The gold-plated case includes two chrono-style pushers at 2 and 4 o’clock, with the gold plating fully intact. It has a screw-down stainless steel case and a perfect Plexiglas crystal with no scratches. The hand-wound mechanical movement is in proper working order.
The watch shows very mild traces of wear, with the dial, hands, and crown in excellent condition. Please note: the watch looks better in person than in the macro mode photos, which amplify imperfections. Considering its age, the watch is in very good condition and is fully genuine.
This Calendograph triple date movement is very rare; ordinary Calendographs do not have the day of the week window at the 3 o’clock position. This is genuinely the first time I’ve seen chrono-style pushers for regulation. It’s a rare find for connoisseurs.
The history of maintenance is unknown, but the watch runs with good precision.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the second hand of the clock falling out of place. Vintage watches are indeed less sturdy and more delicate, and it seems that the transportation may have taken a toll on it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
