"The Ca' Florian comes from the estate's oldest vineyards in the heart of the region. The wine opens with dried black cherries that have been dusted with sweet and savory spices, roasted herbs and turned earth. The palate is detailed and elegant, with notes of worn leather, clove, anise, prune and black tea. Gentle yet present tannins frame the wine to give it strength without heft. Drink now–2035."

Aromas of prune, plum cake, graphite and baking spices waft from the glass of this intense, full-bodied wine. The savory palate delivers mature black plum, blueberry extract, white pepper and mocha alongside velvety tannins and fresh acidity. It's surprisingly accessible already but will develop more complexity with aging. Drink through 2022."

Tommasi Viticoltori is one of the largest wine producers in the Veneto region, best known for its Amarone della Valpolicella Classico wines. It was founded in 1902 and is now run by multiple members of the fourth generation of the family.

The company is based in Piedmont, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico zone. It owns vineyards in some of the top sites such as La Groletta, Conca d'Oro and Ca'Florian, where it grows grapes for Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Ripasso, Recioto and Amarone wines.

Elsewhere in the Veneto region, Bardolino wines are made at Tenuta Fossa Granara in Lago di Garda, and Lugana wines at Tenute San Martino. Tenute Le Volpare is the company's Soave estate on the prestigious Monte Foscarino.
