Here is a unique and very rare opportunity to own a Vintage Chronograph from the 1950s with Landeron 248 movement, which has never been worn.

Eska it was Swiss watch brand that produced several models during the 20th century, especially in the 1950s and 1960s.

This type of chronograph were produced and particularly useful for scientific, military and sporting purposes during the period in which the watch was produced.

*Unworn watch in excellent aesthetic and functional condition.
*Movement fully checked and lubricated.
*The watch keeps time perfectly, and all its functions, chronograph, reset and stop, work.
*New leather strap just installed.

FUNCTIONS:
1. Tachymetric scale ("BASE 1000")
Function: Measures average speed.
Usage: Start the chronograph when you start covering a distance of 1000 meters.
Stop the chronograph at the end of the distance.
The chronograph hand will indicate the average speed on the tachymeter scale.

2. Telemetric scale
Function: Measures the distance to a visible and audible event.
Usage: Start the chronograph when you see the event .
Stop the chronograph when you hear the event .
The chronograph hand will indicate the distance on the telemeter scale.

3. Chronograph Counters:
-30 Minute Counter (left):
Function: Measures up to 30 minutes when the chronograph is activated.
Usage: Counts the minutes that have passed since the start of the chronograph.
-Continuous Second Counter (right):
Function: Indicates the continuous seconds of the main movement.
Usage: Works independently of the chronograph to show the seconds.

4. Chronograph Buttons
-Top Button Function: Starts and stops the chronograph.
Usage: Press to start and stop time measurement.
-Bottom Button Function: Reset the chronograph.
Usage: Press to return the chronograph hands to the zero position.

-Case diameter: 41mm without counting the crown , 44mm with crown.
