Colour frontispiece + 9 colour plates (includes one double-page) containing 24 coloured illustrations by Isabel Cooper, 1 sepia-coloured photo portrait, 83 black & white photographs mostly by John Tee-Van (includes 5 maps). Book complete, inside fine clean condition, Externally spine lightly sunned with light wear head and tail of spine, light wear around edges and corners. Rarity
