Thank you for your feedback, but I find it to be unfair. First of all, when you buy something on Catawiki, you are already informed about the shipping cost. So you knew that the shipping costs were high, yet you still chose to make the purchase. Secondly, when I submit an item on Catawiki, I am not allowed to choose a reserve price. Otherwise, I would have set my desired price to include low or free delivery. Most importantly we don’t know which country will buy the item. For some countries this shipping cost doesn’t even cover. Please reconsider your feedback. Catawiki should really make some changes in this regard.

Thanks for your feedback. I am truly disappointed with this feedback. In the description clearly mentioned that the runner has obvious signs of damage and is been used. “ met sporen van gebruik en slijtage”. You can not find a rug which is new for such a low price in catawiki. I hope you consider a new feedback. Have a good day. Thanks.

I found this feedback not fair because I did give you the proposal to send it back to me. You have not send me a picture either to see the damage then I would be able to make a claim by DPD because I have paid the insurance to make sure you will receive it in good shape! Please send me pictures of the damage! Thanks!
