The Casuals - Hour World / In A Hard Or Never To Find Promotional "Not For Sale" Collectors "Treasue" - LP - Prima stampa, Promozionale, Stampa giapponese - 1969

The Casuals The Casuals were an English beat band active in the 1960s and rose to fame in Italy as part of the Brit It Invasion phenomenon In 1966, Alan "Plug" Taylor joined the casuals' staff, who soon arrived in Italy and effectively took part in what years later would be dubbed the "Brit-It Invasion" by Italian critics. In Italy, The Casuals landed a deal with CBS, for which they released their first Italian 7-inch album titled Il Sole Non Tramonterà / L'amore Dura Solo Un Attimo / Land Of 1000 Dances. The album received good reviews and sales, so much so that Gino Paoli himself wanted to share the eponymous album Gino Paoli and the Casuals (CBS, 1967) with the quartet. In 1968, The Casuals moved to Decca Records, where they recorded Jezamine, a song which, thanks to BBC Radio One, received wide radio coverage in the UK as well, reaching number two in the UK Singles Chart at the end of 1968 Love I'm say to you! (Toy), which was also released in the anglophone version in the single Toy / Touched (Decca, 1968) and reached number 30 in the English charts and number 27 in the German charts It sold very little despite catchy compositions.
