The painting arrived today, 12 days after payment and 1 week later than promised. The picture was very well packed and was undamaged. The seller communicated well.

Hi, thank you for your review. Regarding your assessment of the delivery, I would like you to see that in almost all of my reviews, most people mention the fast delivery. That is why I make all shipments, as long as the destination allows, with UPS. Of course there are some exceptions, and your shipment was one, since UPS considered that the delivery address was in a remote area, where deliveries were not made daily and therefore it has been delayed a few days, but always within the delivery time. I have been attentive at all times, but this is not something that depends on me. Best regards, Noelia

Print is superb, came in well protected. The delivery was delayed because of customs issues, the seller was very proactive and followed up the matter closely. Highly recommended!
