We are very sorry that the wrong pictures were used. We offered the correct watch which in our opinion was a better watch because it came with the original bracelet instead of an aftermarket NATO strap. Unfortunately, as it was a steel bracelet, the length was fixed at 17 cm, which we believe was the real reason why you rejected it and not because of the condition.

I am disappointed in the seller Wabi Sabi. I bought an Omega Seamaster in december 2024 but the watch is not running well; is running too slowly. The problem is not solved

La montre est arrivée avec le bracelet démonté. Après réclamation auprès du vendeur celui-ci me dit d'une part que c'est forcément moi qui a démonté le bracelet et d'autre part il efuse tout rangement

Thank you for your feedback, we have asked Catawiki's experts to carefully go through this case. It makes no sense for us to remove the bracelet before sending it to you. It takes more time to remove it. And besides our staff that are in charge of packing, are not trained in this area.

With all due respect, the defect is clearly seen in the pictures, even without using the magnifying function. Out of goodwill, we offered you a slight partial refund even though Catawiki has ruled that your claim is not valid. However, you asked for a 100 Euros refund when you only paid 93 Euros for it in the first place! Does it mean we have to give you the watch for free and on top of it, give you some cash to spare? You even threatened us to write us a negative review if we do not agree to your demand. So who is being unreasonble and the scammer here?

great product, as advertised. seller forgot to send the links to the watch, contacted me to inform me, and send them separately. watch is genuine and in good condition. 👍
