HandMade in Italy, expertly produced and cured from all-natural cotton, Serengeti's signature italian Cellulose Propionate Acetate is not only handcrafted to be lightweight but can be made into beautiful patterns and brilliant hues. Pliable when heated, it is ideal for custom fitting.

A Patented Polarisation filter, and a smart & improved photochromatic function. The PhD 2.0 lenses darken faster in warm temperatures due to a lower percentage of light transmission, while they lighten in cold temperatures. Serengeti's exclusive photochromatic Polar PhD glass shades are designed to deliver superior optical clarity and contrast. The lenses automatically adapt to changing light conditions.

The improved water and grease repellent coating on the outside of the lens helps to repel water, fingerprints and dirt.

Lenses can fog up when the temperature changes. To prevent this, a new coating has been applied to the inside for better visibility. This high-quality anti-fog coating can be reactivated again and again by cleaning the lens with water. The water activates the molecules in the coating.
