A thank you letter to a 'John' on the composition of a birthday ode for Mrs Nixons 1979 birthday. On headed 'La Casa Pacifica' note paper. As any Nixon or Presidential fan would know 'La Casa Pacifica' was the estate known as President Richard Nixon's Western White House, used while living and working outside of the official presidential residence, the White House in Washington, D.C.
I purchased this lot as part of a 3 letter lot, the first one I sold privately the 2nd on Catawiki and this is the final one purchased at a Political auction in London.
