A single malt, and single cask of 5 year old Mizunara. The Mizunara oak wood brings an aromatic complexity to the whisky far superior to other "classic" oak species. Here, we find all the qualities of the Togouchi single malt whisky, a clear whisky with a fresh nose and a sweet and round taste, but with in addition notes of dried fruits and vanilla accentuated by the Mizunara cask.
