Hello, sorry to read you are disapointed, I always do whatever I can to avoid disapointment of buyers and always take my responsebility as seller seriously, However, the item you bought is exactly the item as it was described on Catawiki. It was described in the heading as one sculpture (not als bookends since there was only one) and in the rest of the description and on the foto's you can see there is only one item on sale, not a pair. For your information, this ceramic sculpture is still a verry nice piece on it's own, especially for the price you paid (+- 50 €). I am sorry you didn't contact me to search for a solution before you gave this negative feedback. We could have agreed on a solution, f.i. you could have started a claim on Catawiki,shipped the sculpture back to me and got a complete refund of your money.

Hello, sorry to read you are disapointed, However, the box that has been sent to you is exactly as it has been described on Catawiki. It is an original old coca cola crate and there are pictures in the description of the lot taken from all angles, including the bottom on which you could see there was a part missing of the bottom, and including the side where you can see there was a tear. In fact, you can still check the condition of the crate in all the different angles on Catawiki. The condition of the lot was also described as 'Fair condition - heavily used & with possibly minor parts missing.' So if there are differences between the crate you received and the pictures on Catawiki please sent me some pictures of the dammage. In that case the crate has been damaged during the transport. I am also sorry that you immediately gave me a bad review on Catawiki. You could have contacted me and I could have looked for a solution so you wouldn't have had a reason to give me a negative review.
