You received the goods on 09/24/2024, and your claim was received only on 10/10/2024. It is completely unclear what happened to the goods during these two weeks. Beschrijving en foto's kwamen overeen. Verzending goed verlopen, al duurde het wel 10 dagen, maar dat zal niet aan de verkoper liggen
