This Meursault 1er cru ‘Les Genevrières’ 2021 is a 100% organic Chardonnay produced by Domaine Rémi Jobard. It takes its name from the juniper trees that once grew on the summits of the Côte de Beaune, and consists of rocky soils with a small amount of clay and limestone. Fermentation and ageing take place in austrian barrels, 25% new for 12 months. A wine that combines finesse, elegance and complexity.
