Hi, it was surely worked, but it is quite difficult to set up. It can control Sony TV, CD's DVD's, Minidiscs etc. as well. You have to select first, which equipment would you like to control. It has a 200 page manual. If you learned it, a quite useful gadget. Gr, H.
