One of the heaviest densities of the wort: 22 ° PL. The craft brewhouse can handle a large deposit of malt and brew one brew per day, cooking in copper kettle with direct gas fire and cooling in the refrigerated vessel, also in copper.
Only bubble shop from Poperinge is used. White candy provides the extra density. The cooling is done with a Baudelot cooler and the fermentation takes place in open copper fermentation vats. The lagering takes at least a month and the beer is fermented in the bottle.
