Dear Gozzoli, Firstly, we apologize to you for this situation. As can be understood from the descriptions and photos, the product was completely overhauled, serviced, tested and sent to you in that way. Even on the last day, it was checked to see if it was working and sent to you. We regret to state that there are two reasons why the watch is broken. First,it may have been damaged on the way before reaching, or we kindly ask you to consider the possibility that you may have forced the watch too much while winding. As for the being dirty, we can never accept a situation like you mentioned. Because we sent the watch after cleaning, washing and maintaining. We foresee the craftsman you took the watch is not a adept watchmaker. Most of the time we did not even get an answer from you and even in your native language. Still in order to resolve this dissatisfaction, we have stated in our message that we do not withhold all our support and even want to make a partial refund. Kind regards.

Very beautiful item with extra's. Although there were a lot of problems caused by the custom declaration and very bad service from Fedex, the seller offered a lot of help solving all these problems

The item is great however I suggest every single time to read description as the box or other accompanying items are usually not included- so you are not getting the full set but see nice pics.
