2019 is without a doubt one of the best vintages in Sicily
The vineyards of this wine are located on the north/west side of the volcano Etna, at an altitude of 600 meters and of course on volcanic soil.
Before being sold, the wine is aged for one year sur-lie with batonnage and one year in bottle.
