Each arm made of thick solid gold double wires forming four fleur de lys at the terminals, the centre bezel set with a small cabochon round garnet, loop at the top for suspension.
Size: 3 cm L (including loop) - 1 3/16 inch
Material: Gold and Garnet, total weight= 3.5 grms
Culture: Byzantine, c. 10th-11th Century A.D.
Condition: Intact
Provenance: Private British collection before 1990. Acquired at a London auction.
