Queen ‎– Jazz

"Jazz" is the seventh studio album by British rock band Queen and was first released in November 1978.
The album follows the successful previous album "News of the World" and contains a diverse mix of musical styles and influences.

"Jazz" was released on November 10, 1978 and was a commercial success for Queen.
It reached high chart positions in various countries and received platinum status in particular in Great Britain and the USA.

"Jazz" shows Queen from her adventurous side.
The album features a wide range of musical styles including rock, pop, funk, disco and even elements of opera.
This diversity is reflected in the various songs on the album.

Some of the most popular songs on "Jazz" include "Don't Stop Me Now", "Fat Bottomed Girls", "Bicycle Race" and "Jealousy". "Don't Stop Me Now" is particularly well known and is considered one of the band's anthems.

Live Performance: Many songs from "Jazz" have been included in Queen's live repertoire and played at concerts.
In particular, "Don't Stop Me Now" and "Fat Bottomed Girls" have become concert favorites and have often been covered by other artists in later years as well.

While "Jazz" isn't always considered one of Queen's finest albums, it received mostly positive reviews.
The band's variety of styles and musical experimentation have been praised by many critics.

Overall, "Jazz" represents an important phase in Queen's musical development.
It sees the band in a transitional period between their '70s rock roots and more experimental '80s releases.
The album remains an important part of the band's history and has spawned some of Queen's most popular and well-known songs.
