This guitar came in damaged with a cracked neck. I paid 600 euro's for a guitar that is not really playable If I could upload pictures I'd clearly show this guitar isn't playable anymore

The type of grain indicates a flat cut. Some luthiers believe that the quarter cut is preferable for strength On an electric guitar, even the type of wood of the fingerboard and the quality of the truss rod and the presence of a denser wood insert with a different cut, as in this case, contribute to the strength. I sell many guitars with Reverb with all positive 5-star reviews and I have never happened anything like this.Absurd!
