Uno degli aoggetti acquistati è arrivato danneggiato, il venditore ha declinato ogni responsabilità. Ne prendo atto ma dovrò far riparare l'oggetto a mie spese.

Buna ziua! Imi cer scuze pentru raspunsul intarziat, dar pe la noi se sarbatoreste Craciunul si Revelionul in aceasta perioada si am fost plecat in concediu. Tot pe la noi orice deteriorare datorata transportului se reclama la Posta, si asta pare rezonabil avand in vedere ca aici nu pot sa intervin ca vanzator si nu am nici o vina. In plus o statistica a vanzarilor din ultimii doi ani mi-a aratat ca singurele probleme de transport au fost in Italia. Va las pe dumneavoastra sa trageti concluziile si eventual sa va alegeti un emoji pentru colaborare. Va doresc un An Nou Fericit!
