This collection includes five vintage Japanese knives: a sashimi bocho (刺身包丁), santoku bocho (三徳包丁), and deba bocho (出刃包丁), showcasing the work of artisans Kazuhiko (和彦) and Toushoan (刀匠庵). Each blade features traditional craftsmanship, ideal for collectors or those with a deep appreciation for Japanese cutlery.

The sashimi bocho has a long, slender blade perfect for slicing fish for sushi or sashimi. The blade shows significant patina and rust, indicating its age and traditional use. The handle is simple, made from wood with a rustic finish.
