Vacheron Constantin - Historiques Ultrathin - 7391q - Uniszex - 1970-1979

HISTORY of the Model:
These model is an outstanding example of the Historiques collection from the 1970s. In origin, the watch must had a white gold bracelet, probably taken at some point, but keeps the savior-faire of the era.
the most amazing part of this watch is the movement. Caliber K1121 is only 3.05mm thick. This movement was a joint collaboration between Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin, Patek Philippe and Jaeger LeCoultre. Imagine they put a full rotor and a date inside a 3.05mm thick movement.

The blue textured dial has gotten some patina from aging but nothing to bother as it is in great condition and gives it a good feeling. The white gold case has an extremely rare decorated engine-turned / hobnail bezel
The reference, is particularly scarce, as the 7391 was only produced for a few years, and the Q stands for the incorporation of the Date. the crown is original.The movement has been fully serviced.
