"CDN" is a natural dry red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes, which is grown in the company's own vineyards in the village of Messanges. The vines, whose average age is 30 years, are grown on clay-calcareous soils. The vineyards are cultivated with an emphasis on organic and biodynamic farming principles. Harvested by hand when the berries reach optimum ripeness. Vinification takes place with minimal interference with the natural process. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 24 months. The wine is bottled without clarification, filtration and sulfur. The potential of the wine is at least 10 years.
