Buongiorno, grazie per il feedback. Non siamo sicuri del problema, l'orologio è di seconda mano, venduto in Giappone, quindi con garanzia giapponese. E' normale che le garanzie giapponesi non abbiano i numeri seriali traforati in alto, ma stampati in alto a destra sulla garanzia.
