Hi Peter I'm very sorry, I got the chargers wrong. I am sending an original MH-24 today. For your trouble I am also sending an extra battery and a Nikon SS-400 external flash. The battery sent with the camera should preferably be EN-EL14a and fit in the camera. I'm very sorry and hope it's ok with you. With best regards John Denmark

Hello It's sad to hear, I can't say what's wrong, but you can try to remove the lens and clean the contacts, the autofucus is in the lens, possibly try another lens if you have that option. Sincerely, John
