Bimber - Shoulders of Giants - Curie The Scientist - Oloroso Cask no. 250/15 - Poland Exclusive - Original bottling - b. 2023 - 700ml

Bimber Shoulders of Giants is a limited series of whiskeys produced at the London distillery "Bimber". Three editions were produced for Poland: Chopin, Copernicus and Curie.

Each release will feature artwork and biographical details that celebrate the accomplishments of the historical figures. The spirit used in all Shoulders of Giants releases was produced from the distillery’s single farm barley and malted on a dedicated floor at Warminster Maltings before being fermented for seven days in bespoke, on-site constructed American oak washbacks. Distillation took place in Bimber’s fired copper pot stills which produce a layered, fruit-forward spirit. 

Bimber "Curie - the Scientist" whiskey was finished in Oloroso Sherry casks. Bottled in November 2023, released in only 300 copies. The drink is characterized by a rich, fruity taste, with nuances of figs, raisins, caramel, dark chocolate and oak.
