Sensations
Le Serre Nuove dell'Ornellaia is a young and intense red in color. On the nose it presents intense aromas of ripe red fruit, with spicy and toasted notes. The taste is rounded and velvety, with great personality completed with a rich and persistent finish, balanced, enriched by light balsamic hints.
Winemaking
Each variety and each parcel was vinified separately. The wine remains in barriques, 25% new and 75% second passage, in the Ornellaia cellar at a controlled temperature for a period of approximately 15 months. After the first 12 months, the wine was assembled and then reintroduced into the barriques where it spent another 3 months. The wine remains in the bottle for six months before being released to the market.

L'affiche est abimée en plusieurs endroits (pliée) sur la droite. Le colis est arrivé intact. J'en conclus qu'elle devait sans doute être abimée au départ.
