This is an original pair of Galilean binoculars manufactured in Europe c 1850-1910.
The objective lenses are 40mm in diameter and their optics are good. The frame is a brass and metal and the barrels are covered with leather. One eyepiece is indented slightly
The black metal focus wheel works well. There is no original carrying case but a modern one will be substituted for safer shipping Overall the piece is in good condition with appropriate patina for its age.
