Bonjour, oui malheureusement cela s’est mal passé avec votre colis dans notre entrepôt. Heureusement, nous avons été en mesure d’ouvrir une réclamation afin que vous puissiez récupérer l’argent que vous avez versé à Catawiki par le biais d’une réclamation sous forme de plainte. Une fois de plus, nous nous excusons pour ce dommage interne manqué (endommagé par nos soins dans l’entrepôt avant qu’il ne soit expédié) « Mieux vaut prévenir que guérir... » Nous espérons que Catawiki vous remboursera dans les plus brefs délais. We are sorry to hear that the controller did not work by delivery. we tested and it worked. we offered you to send the parcel back and refund you the full amount, but unfortunatly you did not and still do not respond to this offer (that we and catawiki, both proposed)...
