Based on serial number built in 1904 approximately.
Engravings on the lens: C.P. GOERZ BERLIN, DOPPEL-ANASTIGMAT. D. R. P. Serie III/0 F=120m/m No. 122997.
There is no information about this version of the lens, but it is the progenitor of the Dagor lens group.
This lens does not have a shutter.
Aperture scale according to engraved markings from f4.6 to 192 (?).
The lens glass is clean, I don't see any scratches, mold, fungus or haze. There are also no large dust particles.
From the outside is in condition visible in the photos. Please assess its condition based on them. There are no mechanical damages affecting functioning. The aperture ring works without any problems. The aperture ring markers needs to be checked because it seems that the second marker will be one of the screws.
It seems that over the course of its long history, the lens have been dissembled.
It is screwed to a wooden plate and then glued with tape to a Graflex standard aluminum lens plate.
