Most freshwater pearls are nucleated by tissue, but Edison cultured pearls are nucleated with beads, exactly as saltwater pearls
This necklace contains Edison Pearls which were chosen for their bright luster that can be compared with that of high-end saltwater pearls, and for their natural golden pink colour shades.
The pearls measure 9x10mm in diameter.
The necklace is strung by hand with knots between each pearl for safety and is completed with a secure invisible clasp.
One end pearl receives a fine quality screw and the other end pearl a bolt mechanism. The clasp easily functions by gently pushing one pearl against the other and twisting it counter clockwise to unlock, and clockwise to lock. Upon closure, the screws are fully hidden.
At a length of 91cm the necklace can be worn long or double in order to achieve the desired effect.
