The grapes come from the plots of Fetească Neagră, for the planting of which specially selected genetic material from the Ceptura area has been used. The technology has been adapted to obtain a wine that retains the expression of the variety, but is accompanied by structure and refinement. Grapes selected on the sorting belt, managed processing flow. Red vinification method: classic on lees, in small stainless steel barrels for 21 days. Complete malolactic fermentation immediately after alcoholic fermentation. Aging in Romanian barriques before the second cycle of use, at 15°C, for 9 months. Aging in bottle for at least 12 months.
