Industrial Vintage Bar Stool With Tractor Seating, Model Lotus
Yasu Satamoto's idea to place a tractor seat on a stool is a style icon that is used and copied by other designers until this day. The original version of this was produced by Satamoto for Dulton. A style icon that can be enjoyed for many years to come. In good condition, with minor spots on the seat and footrest, normal signs of wear. Please refer to the photos for this.
A combination of organic form and industrial construction, the Lotus counter stool is en excellent example of design that is not trying to hide it’s construction or detailing.
The stool is made entirely of metal, providing a very rugged feel and weight. The seat is designed contoured, to ensure an ergonomic feel, and is integrated with a foot rest.
Engraved logo/designer on the seat. Dimensions: 45 x 45 cm as base, seat 35 x 38 cm and the maximum height is 75 cm.
