"Rom" pattern. The blades are made by Zwilling J. A. Henckels and marked with their "Friodur" trademark. Zwilling J. A. Henckels is a German knife-maker based in Solingen, Germany. It is one of the largest and oldest manufacturers of kitchen knives for domestic and professional use, having been founded in June 1731 by Peter Henckels.

I am sorry for the disappointment, but I believe the buyer is being unreasonable. The pendant was clearly described as "Large oval statement pendant of a prehistoric fish fossil mounted in 18ct yellow gold." When it arrived, the buyer wrote to me: "The problem is that from the description and photos you couldn't understand that it's not all gold but there is a stone in the middle". I fail to see how anyone could not understand that a fossil is not made of solid gold and Catawiki agreed with me, closing the dispute in my favour.
