Are you out of your mind, what is it? You paid on June 24th, Friday evening. The post office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday June 27th I sent your item. In just 11 working days you received the goods that you want, but you are not happy with it. I want to tell you that the post office is not open on Saturdays and Sundays, don’t you know? Even if you count from June 27th, it turns out to be 14 days, as I wrote. Your assessment is neither fair nor clear. If you don't replace it, I will file a complaint against you.
