The item is nice, as they say it is. But the cost did go up from a 80€ buy price to a total cost of 226,79€, and that's a bit annoying. (EU buyer)

I'm regretted to know that you have to pay another €185 for the custom charges. Honestly we have no knowledge on the duty and tax policy of your country, and other countries either. But we did mention in the item description that all custom and import fees are solely on buyers, and we cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred on importing jewelry to the buyer's country of residence. You are suggested to check with your custom on how the tax and duty was calculated.

È arrivato veloce però non c’erano certificati al interno e confezione molto semplice

For your information, Catawiki does not require a certificate for items valued under 1000 euros. An item with a certificate would have to cost more.

I'm regretted that the mentioned size does not fit. If you would like to send back the item, I could manage to change the size. As to the custom charges, it is hard to foreseen since no one would know how the custom calculate the duties.
