Dem Käufer wurde die Rücknahme des Zahnes angeboten und einen neuen Zahn. Der Käufer muss die negative Bewertung aber auch entfernen. Diese ist nicht berechtigt !

The buyer's claim is absolutely incorrect, he received exactly the tooth as described in photos and more, plus additional shark teeth as a gift. The buyer will be asked to return everything to the seller and will receive a refund of the purchase price. The negative review must be removed immediately.
Il fossile mi ha lasciato soddisfatto e devo dire anche l'imballaggio. Peccato solo per una piccola distrazione... misura 13,6 cm e non 14,5 ma mi sarebbe dispiaciuto per questo lasciare feed neutro!

El lote que compre no tiene nada que ver con el de la imagen, se siente uno estafado y Catawiki debería tener un servicio especial para estos casos. Muy decepcionado

The Spinosaurus tooth should according to seller be 100% original. The truth was a tooth that is heavely manipulated. Even the size of the tooth is wrong. It should have been 16 cm, it is 15 cm.
