Voici un beau spécimen de calcite de couleur jaune avec des cristaux scalénoédriques allant jusqu'à 5,6 cm de long.
Il est intéressant de noter qu'au milieu de l'échantillon, vous pouvez voir des zones recristallisées.
D'une ancienne collection anonyme, la localité n'est malheureusement pas connue (probablement États-Unis, Maroc, peut-être France).
