LC10 dining table. Alivar Museum edition, probably from the 80s. Square 140x140 version with chromed and painted base and transparent tabletop.
One of the few tables designed by the mythic trio Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand in 1928. This table was relaunched by Cassina in 1985, but Alivar had been editing it for some years already in their 'Classics' collection.
This table currently retails over 5.000€ in the Cassina catalogue.
The table is in overall excellent condition for its age. The metal base is impeccable and the glass tabletop in great condition too, with no dents and only minor scratches that don't stand our or affect the transparency. A spectacular piece.
