The package didn't arrive properly and the seller didn't accept our complaint!!! This attitude is unfortunate because if it's not in good condition we can't accept it..... I don't recommend 👎

Buenas noches y siempre gracias por su compra y sus comentarios , sean ciertos o no pues esto ayuda mucho a la comunidad de compradores , catawiki y nosotros no le aceptamos la reclamación pues no había lugar , su queja no fue real , la mancha a la que usted hizo referencia ya estaba en la etiqueta en la foto del lote en la subasta de catawiki cuando usted compro este lote , el embalaje principal y los embalajes de las botellas no muestran restos de perdida de vino en viaje. por lo tanto no podemos darle la razón en su reclamación , de la misma forma que tampoco se la dio la propia plataforma CATAWIKI.
