1. Very, very rare. This is a stone slab with two types of dinosaur fossils. One is Psittacosaurus, which is about 40 centimeters long and has complete bones. The other is a very rare Jeholosaurus, but only has a half body and no head or upper body bones have been found.
2. The skeletal fossils in the conglomerate layer are very easy to fall off, so they are fixed with glue. The right upper limb of Psittacosaurus has natural damage, and these two dinosaurs need to be distinguished based on the thickness of the bones, the length of the pelvis, hip joint, and tail, as well as the curvature of the claws. Psittacosaurus has straight claws, while Jeholosaurus has curved claws.
3.After being appraised by experts in Taiwan, it was confirmed that there were indeed two different types of dinosaurs on this stone slab, with an overall restoration rate of about 20%. However, the surface cleaning of the bones was average, with some knife marks. In addition, the bones on the stone slab were displaced for a more beautiful and intuitive display of their morphology.
4. All data shall be based on actual measurements. Upon receipt of the package, if there is only minor damage, the buyer is requested to use glue to bond it themselves. If not acceptable, please do not participate in the auction.
