1. Ron Colón Dark Aged Rum (700ml, 40.5% ABV) blends together a 6YO column-distilled Spanish style rum, unaged Jamaican pot-distilled and a 3YO Jamaican pot-distilled. All of the Rums are aged at the source. This balanced, creamy, and warm Rum won Double Gold and Best In Class Dark Aged Rum at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2022 and Gold at the ASCOT awards in 2022.

Nose / Aroma / Smell - Tropical and warm
Flavor / Taste / Palate - Well-balanced, creamy, and warm with tropical fruit notes, toasted warm and spicy caramel flavors, creamy milk chocolate, roasted almond, and dried chewy apricot notes.
Finish - Smooth and flavorful.

2. Ron Colón Coffee Infused Rum (Green Label); 700ml, 40.5% ABV Ron Colón Coffee Infused Rum is a blend of fine molasses Rums — 70% 6YO column-distilled Spanish style rum, unaged Jamaican pot-distilled and a 3YO Jamaican pot-distilled. This combination is infused with El Salvadoran coffee bean for forty-eight hours which releases the natural flavor elements without the bitter parts.

Appearance / Color - Ruddy Amber
Nose / Aroma / Smell - The aroma is a bouquet of Italian espresso over caramelized banana, and baking spices.
Flavor / Taste / Palate - The flavors are still coffee-forward, but with a surprising chocolate note with vanilla and more exotic fruits.
Finish - long, rich, and warming.

3. Ron Colón High Proof Aged Rum (700ml, 55.5% ABV) is the core Spirit used at Ron Colón. Not only is it the base for their coffee-infused Rum, they sell it as is — a premium aged Rum blend of a 6YO column-distilled Spanish style rum, unaged Jamaican pot-distilled and a 3YO Jamaican pot-distilled. This lovely, Spanish-style dram won the 2020 Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and is bottled at a near cask strength of 55.5% ABV.

Appearance / Color - Warm Amber
Nose / Aroma / Smell - On the nose you will find notes of exotic fruits from banana to pineapple over a rich note of marzipan, walnut bread, and wood spices.
Flavor / Taste / Palate - The flavor profile is full-bodied and rich, building on the aromas with more tropical fruits, a nice chocolatey note, roasted almonds, and vanilla.
Finish - The finish is long and smooth for such a high ABV.

5. Ron Colón RumRye (700ml, 50% ABV) is a blend of 50% Ron Colon Salvadoreño Dark Aged Rum and 50% American Straight Rye Whiskey. But it’s actually more complex than even that. The Rum half is a blend itself — a six year old Salvadoran Rum from Licora Cihuatán along with aged and un-aged Rum from Worthy Park, Monymusk, and Hampden Distilleries in Jamaica. The Rye in the blend is a four-year-old Straight Rye aged in #4 car casks. And they bottle this hybrid Spirit at a strong 50% ABV.

Appearance / Color - Medium Amber
Nose / Aroma / Smell - The aroma is filled with the best of both drams — plenty of tropical fruit and mint over a spicy butter toffee notes
Flavor / Taste / Palate - Taken neat the palate opens bold with a complex flavor explotropsion ranging from orange blossoms and marmalade to bananas foster and pineapple on one side and Rye spice, anise, caramel, and a hint of maple on the other.
Finish - The finish is big and bright with a long warming.

6. Ron Colón Rumzcal (700ml, 49.5% ABV), they’re bridging different Spirits categories to create a truly unique flavor combination. And this one puts the word unique to a whole new level: their original dark aged Rum is complemented by the authentic taste of Mexican Mezcal. Weighing in at 99 proof, the combo is comprised of 66% Ron Colon Salvadoreno Dark Aged Rum and 33% Maguay Espadin Mezcal from the Lopez Real distillery, which is a 4th generation family business in Oaxaca.
