The pursuit of a top wine is about creating the ideal conditions so that the wine, as it were, makes itself, with a minimum of human intervention, says Baron Patrick de Ladoucette. Refined and complex, pure terroir expression.
Domaine de Ladoucette is the one and only reference in the region: 100% sauvignon blanc, served at the most beautiful tables. Baron Patrick de Ladoucette surpasses many of his colleagues with his extremely refined wine. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. A short skin maceration and storage of the wine for two years in large stainless steel cuves provides an extra dimension of aromas. To give the wines extra complexity, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette keeps the wines on his estate for several years before putting them on the market.
The bottle will be shipped to you in the original wooden case in a protective packaging.
