Lamentamos que no esté satisfecho con su pedido. Lamentablemente hubo problemas con la empresa de transporte GLS España en los que no pudimos influir. Planeamos reenviar la alfombra pero la compra fue cancelada. Lamentamos el inconveniente y esperamos brindarle un mejor servicio en el futuro.
