Impressive and very rare Mercedes Benz 300 made in cooperation between Alps and Iwaya. The car is listed with a scarcity of 10 in The Big Book of Tin Toy.
It's a Mercedes Benz 300 4-door sedan Adenauer Limousine with chrome side window trim, steerable front wheels and working light. The car has original light bulbs which create cones of light, like a normal car - see photos.
The Mercedes star is the original. It's surprisingly made of a plastic material considering the quality and heaviness of that car, but that's how these cars were produced.
The car is battery operated and works very well. It goes back and forward and the light can be switched on and of. And it's in a very good condition.
