Voir la traductionI wouldn't have catagarized these hooks as vintage or anythinglike old. Just because they are used doesn't mean "vintage" .There is a different between 2nd hand & Vintage, you have smudged the 2.

Dear Client, we consider your comment as slighty strange & unfair for the following reasons: in 20 days we informed you 5 times that we were not able to ship due to a lack of support by catawiki for not supplying us with the right shippinglabel for your purchase. You expressed yourself as happy that we took action to solve this problem (put you in cc towards catawiki). Now, it appears you have to 'mention' that it took so long. After your complaint that our desciption not matched the pictures we called you instantly to hear what went wrong. We are very transparent and refer you to our description that says: "our pictures are a part of the description". We have a pro-photographer that makes the most tiny signs of wear visably in any picture of our products. Still you want a refund because the picture doesn't match the description 'small signs of wear' which btw, is checked & approved by a catawiki expert. Please do check all pictures at all times before making any bids next time. John
