The drawings included in the book were executed by Marc Chagall. They illustrate biblical themes he hadn’t dealt with for his etching of the Bible.
The 105 black and white plates, and the color cover illustration, were specially produced for this issue of Verve.
Critical introduction to Chagall’s Bible curated by Gaston Bachelard.

Corners of the cover slightly damaged.
This edition does NOT include lithographs except for the cover lithos.
